Refund and Returns Policy - Speed Force Max Clinic

OUR POLICY

Speed Force Max Clinic offers a 30-day return policy from the date of delivery for shipped orders or from the date of pickup for local pickup orders. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may return the product within 30 days of receipt, provided that it shows no signs of advanced usage. In such cases, the customer is responsible for the return shipping costs. Upon receiving and inspecting the returned item, we will issue a full refund. In the event that the product is being returned due to a defect, Speed Force Max Clinic will cover the return shipping costs and provide a replacement item. Please contact our customer service team to report the defect and initiate the return process. Returns may require the original receipt or proof of purchase. Speed Force Max Clinic reserves the right to refuse returns that do not meet these criteria. We appreciate your understanding and thank you for choosing Speed Force Max Clinic.

CANCELLATIONS

For event-based services, cancellations are permitted up to 24 hours before the scheduled date of the event. To cancel your booking, please contact our customer service team. Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the event date will not be eligible for a refund or credit. We appreciate your adherence to this policy, ensuring efficient management and the highest quality of service for all our clients.

RETURN PROCESS

To return an item, please Contact Us to obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and shipping label. After receiving an RMA number, pack the item securely in its original or provided packaging. Ensure your shipping label includes the following information:

REFUNDS

After receiving your return and inspecting the condition of your item, we will process your return or exchange. Please allow at least fourteen (14) days from the receipt of your item to process your return or exchange. We will notify you by email when your return has been processed.
